How to reach us
Email hello@adelaideaustraliatours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Almost every tour we list refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead; the 2-day Kangaroo Island tour refunds in full up to 6 days before.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Pickup times move, stops change with the season, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

25 Pirie Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000, with a second visitor centre in the Central Market Arcade. Both are run by the City of Adelaide, with staff and volunteers.

44–60 Gouger Street. Open Tuesday to Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday.
Where the tours meet
Mostly at your hotel, at Stamford Plaza on North Terrace, at 25 Pirie Street for the walks, at the Elder Park landing for Popeye, at the Port Adelaide wharf or Garden Island for the water, and at the Adelaide Central Bus Station for the island.
