Dax on the walks, Aaron and Baden in the Barossa, Dani on the island, Paddy and Callie on the kayaks. Reviewers name their guides more than their stops, and they praise the same thing each time: knowledge of the place, and time taken with the group.
Kangaroo Island reviewers keep saying the day is very long, and worth it. The practical advice repeats too: bring snacks, and if you cannot face 16 hours, look at the two days instead.
On the winemakers' day, the market walks and the Barossa-based day, the reviews dwell on talking with the people who make or sell what you are tasting. If that is what you want, book a small group rather than a coach.
The water tours can cancel for weather, and on one wet coach day a reviewer felt the driving did not suit the conditions. Pack a layer from May to September, when the rain days climb.
